Ok, here's my real post. That one about Andy was just a joke. It's not a joke that I think he is hot; he most definantly is, but I think most people know that already. I've been dying to tell everyone about my favorite Christmas gift. I got many nice gifts from my family, friends, students and Andy, but there is one that puts a smile on my face everytime I see her.

Now, to most women, getting a vacuum cleaner for Christmas is right up there with getting a new can opener or blender (Unless you get the Amazing Bullet.- As Seen On TV-Those are awesome!) But the vacuum cleaner I got for Christmas is like having your own personal maid. Yes, my Roomba is preety sweet. Andy and I gave her a name, Lupe. I know that sounds terribly racist, but since I'm half Latin it's okay.

The Roomba vacuums up everything and goes anywhere. And when she's done, she docks herself and recharges. I just push a button and little Lupe does her job while I cook or go about my daily chores. For a pet owner this is a dream come true. Now, vacuuming everyday is not a lofty goal, but mere child's play with my little circular friend.

The only downside is that her and Jackson have not gotten off to a very good start. Their relationship is a bit tumultuous. But seeing that my house is so much less hairy now, Jackson will just have to learn to get along with this new member of our family.

A close second to my favorite gift was my red Kit Kat clock. It's eyes and tail move back and forth. It's very cool.
